Güner Business Hotel

This is a small hotel. There are no more than 20 rooms here. The rooms are very clean, quiet, calm. The service is excellent, unobtrusive but timely. The location is ideal for this area of Istanbul. I would also like to note that the hotel is not greedy for bathroom accessories. Although the owners position the place as a business hotel, in my opinion it is perfectly suitable for couples who travel without children. We felt absolutely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. And the price was more than acceptable

I visited Güner Business Hotel in May, located in the Kadikoy area. There was a market nearby where you could find clothes and dresses from renowned international brands at competitive prices. To visit tourist attractions, we used the BiTaksi app to order taxis or simply walked to the popular restaurants and markets. There was a football stadium close to the hotel, although we didn't have the opportunity to attend any matches. The hotel reception was excellent. When I arrived in my car, I couldn't find a parking spot, but the receptionist helped us unload the luggage and transfer it to the hotel. Shortly after, I found a parking spot near the hotel. We didn't need to use the public parking spaces, which required fees and were about a four-minute walk away. The check-in process was quick and easy, even though we arrived late at night. The room was luxurious, and the compact size was mentioned beforehand. The air conditioning was excellent, and the bathrooms were clean and luxurious. The breakfast was simple, but the staff was respectful and cooperative. On the last day, I discovered that I could request individual fried eggs, and the staff was accommodating in fulfilling my request. All the staff members were helpful, and I would like to thank them for their excellent service. The hotel provided excellent internet connectivity. I highly recommend Güner Business Hotel for those seeking a luxurious and clean stay, despite its small size. You can spend the rest of the day exploring the beautiful city of Istanbul.

Hotel was in a good location to nearby cafe's and restaurants with a 15 minute walking distance. Customer service was also good however issue with the room was that I wasn't able to control the air-condition settings. It's rather from the reception as they have made it one control point. This was inconvenient as I couldn't change the temperature of the room without calling reception on a good note the rooms were spacious and clean.

The hotel staff were amazing, super helpful warm and welcoming. They treated me as family. This is not the case in all hotels in Istanbul. Despite being close to a busy area, the street was quiet. There are many food options. Supermarkets are open till late. You can shop from local brands for clothes and accessories. It's close to most transportation options (bus, ferry and metro). If you are used to sleep in a place with flowing air, it might be challenging as the fan is loud. Special thanks to Tuba & Samet from the restaurant for their hospitality, the Manager who was super nice and accomodating and the young receptionist who was always amiable even in stressful situations.

This was the last hotel during our holiday in Istanbul, after 3 other hotels. We booked 2-4 days in each hotel, in different areas in the city. This hotel is far away the best one we've seen in these two weeks. Next time we'll probably book only this hotel. It's so clean, everything is renovated, new elevator, floor, curtons, paint, furniture ... everything in best shape. Thanks to all the people working here: reception, breakfast room, many thanks! The best hotel I have stayed at in Turkey. The service was outstanding and extremely helpful, rooms were clean and presentable. We had an issue that had happened where we lost our bag in the area and they were quick to aid with finding it! The hotel team are the most incredible, respectful, helpful, and genuine people I have ever met. Çok teşekkürler her şey için. I will be staying again when I’m back in Istanbul. Thanks
